How to enable Gmail Package Tracking feature for iOS and Android?
Although the Gmail package tracking feature is automatically activated in the Gmail application on some phones, those who cannot use the feature can activate the Gmail package tracking feature for iOS and Android phones by following these steps:
- Go to your Gmail app.
- Sign in to the Gmail account you use for package tracking.
- Tap the three lines in the upper left corner of your inbox.
- Scroll down the screen and tap Settings marked with a gear icon.
- Tap your Gmail account under General Settings.
- Scroll down and find Cargo tracking line.
- Tick the cargo tracking box.
After you activate this feature, Google shares the tracking numbers of your packages with shipping companies. You will receive updates on the status of your packages via Gmail.
